Breathe (Recharge)

I just started a new Bible study by Priscilla Shirer, titled “Breathe”and it it made me realize just how much we need rest.
I certainly understand feeling like you have to be productive constantly, that is one of imagesmy biggest flaws.

…But to maximize the effectiveness of  your efforts try to find time every day to put work out of your mind. Try the 10/20/30 rule: 10 minutes of quiet time, 20 minutes of reading and 30 minutes of exercise.
If that’s too much, cut these numbers in half. Something is better than nothing, and you’re recharging your battery so you can run harder!

So let’s run the good race.
